The fairgrounds area in use for the festival is paved.

Inside the buildings and around them is accessible to mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers.

Mobility accessible restrooms are located in two different buildings.

Doors throughout the festival are manually opened, assistance is available as needed.

Accessible parking has been made available at an entrance to each building. Magill Hall has a small step-up at large doors but can be accessed by mobility devices in the small door on the north side of the building.

2023 Vendors will be located in:
Scott Hall
Herring Hall
Magill Hall
As well as on the paved and grassy area between Herring and Scott Halls and outside Magill Hall
Restrooms are located in Scott Hall and Herring Hall, they do have mobility accessible bathrooms.
Portable Toilets will be located next to Magill Hall near parking area. Hand sanitizing stations are in all buildings.
HHFF WELCOME CENTER is in Scott Hall.
Animal Shearing will occur throughout the weekend on the grassy area near the Entertainment Building.
Foot Traffic Only inside perimeter marked by red line.
Accessible parking has been made available at an entrance to each building. Mobility scooter access to Magill Hall in small side door on north of building.
2024 Market Place Hours:
Friday, May 31st: 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, June 1st: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
