Vendors

Vendors are located in THREE buildings and outside

Magill Hall 

Herring Hall

Scott Hall

Yarn trucks on the paved area between Herring, Scott, and the Lecture Halls.

Workshops

  • Workshops are located in Fitzpatrick Hall on the south end of the area we use. Enter through the breezeway in the center of Magill Hall. 

​

Food Trucks

  • Food Trucks will be located in the center of the area that we use.

  • Please allow extra time around your workshop timing to get food. ​​

Parking

  • We have worked to make accessible parking available near entrances to each building but is first come first served and on the honor system. 

  • Parking is also located all around the festival area in the grassy areas, and the long rows of grass north of the area we use. 

​

Accessibility​

  • The area the festival uses is paved and flat. 

  • Doors throughout the festival are manually opened, assistance is available as needed. 

  • Ramps into Magill Hall were provided by the fairgrounds in 2024. If a ramp is not present, please use the door on down the "alley" on the north side of Magill

  • No vehicles inside perimeter marked by red line.

Restrooms

  • Scott Hall and Herring Hall have indoor restroom, they do have mobility accessible bathrooms.

  • ​Portable Toilets will be located next to Magill Hall near the grassy area on the east side. Hand washing station will be located near them.

HHFF WELCOME TENT

  • By the Fiber Art Archway on the north side of our area.

  • Get a door prize ticket there! Then go to Magill Hall to check if you've won.

Animal Shearing

  • Shearing will occur throughout the weekend on the south lawn under the big tree.​​​​

​​Camping 

  • We were informed by the fairgrounds that those who would like to camp at the fairgrounds can work directly with the office.  Reservations are recommended but not required:  Call 317-738-3247 and press option 3. ​
