Description: This half-day workshop will cover a variety of tapestry techniques - including warping a frame loom, color change, basic composition, fringe, ghiordes knots, sumac, and professional finishing. You will choose a weaving kit that includes a basic frame loom, yarn, tapestry needle and comb. Printed instructions will be given to each student along with access to videos for supplemental instruction. Each tapestry will be unique, using texture, color, and composition. All projects completed will be one-of-a-kind!

Items Included:Â Weaving kit - (1) plexiglass frame loom (12" x 15"), various yarns and fiber, tapestry needle and comb.Â
Student Provides:Â Scissors, notebook, and pen or pencil.
