Festival Program/Booklet: All vendors applying by March 1st will have a free listing in our program. Vendor contracts must be received by March 1st to be included in the program. The listing will include your business name and contact info (phone and/or email). Other information may be included at our discretion depending upon space. 

You may also purchase ad space in this program [See below.] The deadline to submit your print ready ad copy is March 1st.

Ad Copy:  

You can send us your black & white ad either via email to Kate at BookletHHFF@gmail.com or by burning it to CD and mailing it with your vendor contract. We would prefer the ad file to be a TIFF (.tif) or JPG of high quality.  Please, do not scan your business card and send it as a PDF, faxed copies of your ad will also not be accepted.  If you are unable to do the above options, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution so that you can advertise with us! 


If you are planning to email the ad, please put in the subject line: "HHFF Advertising".  Please note in the body of the email that you are including an attachment.  Due to the prevalence of viruses, email attachments will not be opened if the email is not labeled properly.


Website Sidebar Link: 
For a yearly fee you can advertise your business on the HHFF website which will expose your business to the public year round.  Links are on the left sidebar of the website and appear on every page.   If you send us a photo of your booth or goods, we will also feature it on the website.  These ads are run from January to December and will change at the beginning of the new year.
